What is the purpose of the Pet Vox platform?
Pet Vox is a platform where pet owners, breeders, and pet professionals share their daily experiences through simple surveys on any topic related to a pet’s life. By telling us about your challenges, needs, and daily routines, you give brands and researchers the real-world insights they need to create better food, better care, and happier lives for our pets.
Who can take part in the surveys?
Pet Vox is open to pet owners, breeders, mushers, dog trainers, and Mars associates who own pets. A dedicated platform is also available for veterinary professionals. Each survey is targeted to specific profiles, so you will only receive surveys that match you and your pets.
As a veterinary professional, how can I take part in the surveys?
We have a dedicated platform for veterinary professionals: to join the platform, submit the access request form.
After submitting the form, what happens?
A team member will answer your request and may ask you for further information about your clinic, and may also ask you to sign contracts. After that, you will receive your login credentials via email.
Do I have to have an account to participate?
No, you can take part in some surveys without creating an account. However, registering allows us to match you with surveys that fit your profile and your pets’ characteristics so that you only receive relevant surveys and never have to re-enter your pets’ information. For surveys requiring pet-specific criteria, a few quick questions may be asked to verify your eligibility even without an account.
