What is the purpose of the Pet Vox platform?
Pet Vox is a survey platform created to bring together the voices of pet owners, breeders, and pet professionals. Our goal is simple: to collect real-world insights and on-the-ground experience to help brands and researchers better understand the needs of pets and the people who care for them — and ultimately improve animal nutrition and wellness.
Who can take part in the surveys?
Pet Vox is open to pet owners, breeders, mushers, dog trainers, and Mars associates who own pets. A dedicated platform is also available for veterinary professionals. Each survey is targeted to specific profiles, so you will only receive surveys that match you and your pets.
How often will I receive surveys?
The frequency depends on your profile and the research programmes currently running. Some members may receive several surveys a month, while others may receive fewer depending on how specific the survey criteria are. You will be notified by email as soon as a new survey is available for you.
Are the surveys confidential?
Your answers are strictly confidential and will be used for research purposes only. While your profile helps us match you with the right surveys, your personal data are never shared with third parties and are never used for sales purposes. Only aggregated and anonymised results are shared externally with the teams working on product development.
Do I have to have an account to participate?
No, you can take part in some surveys without creating an account. However, registering allows us to match you with surveys that fit your profile and your pets' characteristics so that you only receive relevant surveys and never have to re-enter your pets' information. For surveys requiring pet-specific criteria, a few quick questions may be asked to verify your eligibility even without an account.
Can I have both a personal and a professional account?
Yes. If you are both a pet owner and a pet professional (for example, a breeder, musher, dog trainer, or shelter worker), you will need two separate accounts to participate in surveys related to each profile.

To create a professional account, please use your professional email address. Your personal account should be registered with a different email address. If your situation has changed since creating your account, you may create an additional account corresponding to your new profile, provided you use a different email address.
